Treasure Box disappear?

when update to new version, the box in bottom left corner is disappear, how can i watch video to earn sc?

It now appears as a small box in a random place of the world map, the same size as the (enemy) hero boxes.

And just like this other thread it hasn't been communicated clearly and the bug has not been understood.

I believe what 'denis lee' is trying to communicate is that "glowing embers" for watching videos and earning shadow crystals is no longer available since the last 2.913 update. I didn't see this mentioned in the release notes so it may have unintentionally been lost.

I can confirm that the 'Glowing Embers' functionality has been lost on Android with the 2.913 update.

Could a developer please clarify if this was intentional or a bug?

Im having this problem as well with a fully up to date samsung galaxy tab 4

No problem on my old samsung phone ... the glowing embers work there.

I have fresh installed SE on the tab in an attempt to fix but no luck.

Glowing Embers is available whenever your account has fewer than 100 crystals.

because that means you HAVE spend money for crystals for any and all things other than booster packs and you MUST SPEND CASH to get foil bp ... if this is the business choice Wulven has made... I as a previous customer won't be able to reccomend the game any longer to others ... dont misunderstand me ... I enjoy the game Ive reccomended it the past I have given Wulven my hard earned money in thanks for their work and vision/effort but honestly its primarily a digital product ...the ability to earn some shinys was part of the reason I even gave them a resonable amount of my money. In the first place.

Tbh, it doesn't make sense to me. There are many people using the app. The more using the embers, the more ad money they get
