need help with my DECKS

Hello I really want to make an amber deck and rothem deck but I don't know what to put in the deck and how many of what cards I need I do not have a deck for. It but could anyone please be able to help me by giving me ideas and/or decks that are good I have a lot of money and almost every cards so you don't have to worry about me not having certain cards I'm on rating 260(I think) of because of my stalker ,my best deck,but I want to try's something new

You're biggest mistake is wanting to play Rothem.

There is only suffering that awaits with using that Hero. No swagger. Only pain.
