Both running as Administrator:
On my Windows 8.1 laptop: I get fullscreen and it remembers my resolution settings.
On my Windows 7 sp1 desktop: Windowed mode only despite check box setting. Does not remember resolution setting.
Can I fix this?

yes its really annoying when my windows 7 isn't full screen
You have to "Run as administrator" in the launcher context settings.

Hmm, I am stuck full screen and max resolution on my win 7 machine even when I run as admin and beg the client to run windowed at a lower resolution so I can watch Netflix at the same time
