    I've eaten a lot of chocolate recently. Got it for father's day though, and it's melting in my warm study.

    Hope you can get off them again soon, man. 3 smokes is better than 2 packs a day anyway.

    In other news, I just finished 30 consecutive days of doing the Jillian Michaels Shred.

    14 days level 1
    8 days level 2
    8 days of alternating level 3 then level 2

    I did the 7 minute workout after each Shred too. Go me!

    FWIW, which probably isn't much judging by the readership of this thread, I think you are meant to have some days off in there. My arms and legs were aching almost every day. Your muscles build when you are RESTING, which is why in the end I alternated level 2 (really tough on arms) and level 3 (tough on legs mostly). Going forwards, I'm going to do an ongoing 3-day programme - cardio (jogging or some other cardio thing, like 3x 7-minute workout); Shred level 3; Shred level 2;

    I'm halfway through 1st week of 7 minute twice a day, second week overall (of doing it every day and not forgetting occasionally ). Let myself go a bit with regards to food last weekend as I watched a movie with my friend and that requires snacking , but I am trying to stop again. No more unhealthy junk! Gonna keep it up for a month at least doing 7 min a day as soon as I start doing it 3 times, and gonna try to keep up the healthy eating as well.
