I'm on a health kick again. Have been for several months, but I'm really going for it this month.

Bro, I'm at least 15 yrs older and taking care of yourself can only benefit your family and yourself, I'm just not one to jump on whatever trend, not that your doing that.

My goal, is simply to quit smoking by the end of the year entirely. And for those who say, "just stop , Kip your weak". I say please go out and get addicted to crack , herion, or any other hardcore drug, they all can and will kill you and are not quite as hard to kick as smoking, apparently. That's what the CDC and other institutes claim. But personally, I can tell you it sucks.

So if you can, stop smoking now. You'll be much better off.
