Well I am certainly not a top Lance player. So far I just work around my issues. While you may lose the haste approach (Brax) you still have the stealth approach so I would survive then deal with threat. Stealth is available through Lances ability as well as Silent Strike.
That being said there is certainly some room to tech more stuff. Paladin is rarely used in my games so that alone is 2 flexible spots.

Have to say, I actually enjoyed this deck, though I wonder to an extent about the specific ally choices... some are obvious, but others - I'm not super comfortable with :/ (though I can see the logic behind them)
With Cof Change I'm sure this deck has slowed a bit.
In SF there is a limited number of Templar allies to choose from for a full Templar Build, though that might change a in Lands Lost.
The deck was meant to be a introduction to the Templar Tribe. I think this particular deck explores those existing synergies and allow for the individual player to tweak to their likes and dislikes once getting a few games in.
Thank you for trying it out brother.
