Card suggestion for Nishaven

Attach to target opposing hero or ally. That hero or ally takes 1 electric damage each time other opposing ally is dealt to electric damage except by Static Zone. When that ally is killed by electric damage, draw 2 cards.

This card is designed to increase rush speed and draw power of Nishaven. Any comments are welcomed!

I'm probably missing some underlying synergy/combo that could work, but I'm not seeing where it helps with the rush part (aside from why someone would use Nishaven for optimal mage-rush anyways). But if it's intended to compliment Nishaven's hero ability, that's a lot of turns waiting to build up SE for it.

In terms of extra draw power, ok. But mages aren't really lacking cards for that. If anything, I think mages probably benefit more from cards like Bazaar compared to other heroes, meaning the bilateral draw would be acceptable...
