Does an early disconnection in QM work like it used to?

After my highly ranked opponent quickly disconnected on turn 3 I notice that my rank didn't change, and history of the game doesn't appear when searching me or the opponent.

Is that how it is supposed to work?

Yes, it's always worked that way. The game was considered too short to qualify for rating increase, gold and XP. Your opponent will still have lost rating, however. Games that are too short do not appear in your history.

MS has got to be the only instance in which Bazaar is at all intimidating. But yeah, I guess MS could have that effect on people.
