    Coercion vs stealth moonstalker

    Big Wakame vs Dejvo

He had Moonstalker and cast stealth, on my turn I used Coercion on his Shadow Knight and did not attack anybody. Then on his turn, his Shadow knight wasn't exhausted and was able to attack me. Is this a bug?

Sounds like one. You might want to post this in bug list thread to make sure Gondorian could see it.

Why would Shadow Knight be exhausted if it did not attack?

I had similar experience. My opponent cast Coercion on my Cleric of the Asyn in the Rain Delay. Of course it couldn't attack me, and wasn't exhausted. I think it's normal, not a bug.

I thought the exhaustion is effect of Coercion, not based on attack - the Coercion is removed on opponent's turn and the ally returns on opponent's board, so he's not readied same as if he were cast. By your logic, how could coercion work on allies who attacked on opponent's turn - they should be then exhausted in my turn. I am confused here

Allies are readied at the very end of their controller's turn.

Coercion's effect ends before that happens so exhausted allies are returned to their controller before being readied. If Shadow Knight did not attack, there is no reason for him to be exhausted.

If you attack, it works like this:
Shadow Knight is summoned on Moonstalker's turn, he is exhausted.
At the end of Moonstalker's turn, he is readied.
    You cast Coercion on him.
You attack with Shadow Knight, he is exhausted.
Coercion's effect end, and SK goes back to MS.
Your allies are readied (but SK is not under your control anymore).

    Perfect explanation, FDL.

    Nice explanation indeed.

But hey, think about it. If SK was coerced to your team and you give him an order to go smack a big wolf, but the wolf is hiding, why would he bother? Like ok, he could get exhausted for trying to find the wolf, but i dont think his stamina is that weak considering he uses a plate armor 24/7 and swings a bloody big sword. So logically, he just sat down and was ready for action.
