Noticed some foils look weird

So was looking through my foils and while a vast majority look great there is a few that look weird like if it was cropped an pasted on. So was wondering why do they look like that and if they look like that for others.

Probably has something to do with the fact that they recently implemented a new automated masking system for the foils, so that they can be made more quickly (especially now that every card will be foiled regardless of rarity). I'd never seen foils of Speedstrike or NYM before, I have Spirit Warden though. NYM looks particularly weird, but the program probably just has a hard time where to mask some things. I think these 3 cards in particular feature figures with fur or hair of some sort, which probably isn't easy to pick up. Anything without much of a refined edge would be difficult.

Makes me wonder if for future sets they could get the art pre-made with where the mask should be and implement it that way (since hopefully more artworks in the future will be specifically for the game).

Avenger of the Fallen is the worst offender of this. I don't see how some of these simple foils got so messed up while other, more intricate cards (Pithing Spear) got foiled beautifully.

I dont have either of those 2 foil so ill take your word for it. But ya its a shame that there are so many amazing foil and those look the way they do.

Yeah some look weird , like back stab mostly .. I know what u mean by weird but IMO that's awesome looking ..
