    Which browser are you using?

Chrome recently completely disabled NPAPI, so you need to explicitly enable it.

    1. Put this in your Chrome address bar: chrome://flags/#enable-npapi

    2. Then hit Enter. You should see something like this at the top of the page:

    "Enable NPAPI Mac, Windows
Enables the use of NPAPI plugins. #enable-npapi
    Enable"

    3. Click on the Enable, then restart your browser.

    4. If you go to the same thing again (chrome://flags/#enable-npapi), it will say Disable in the place of Enable, which means it is now enabled. If the web player still doesn't run, check the far-right of address bar for a little grey box with red X which is telling you the plugin needs permission to run.

I take it you are using Chrome then?

Have you tried Firefox or Safari or Internet Explorer?

Did you try the standalone PC/Mac clients?

Hopefully we can get you onto a working platform and also get some clue as to why it's not working on the others!

Same on Internet Explorer. Canīt use PC client, Itīs computer at work and I donīt have "administrator" status, so canīt install anythink.

Itīs an old computer with Intel Graphic Media Accelerator 3150, not sure if Unity 5 still support this GPU.
