My apologies for not updating to the new rewards for this month! By default, everyone will get the old prizes. However, if you wish to exchange for the new prizes as outlined in this thread, simply email support@shadowera.com with your login details and we'll take care of you Speedstrike style.

I don't understand why would I have the trouble to make email for Wulven's mistake though. So which is better? The old one or the new one? If the new one is better why the trouble?

As was said earlier on this thread, some people don't read this forum. They may not have even known about the new prizes.

Regardless of that, for people who just want SC, then the old prizes are better. If you have enough SC and want a chance to get some cards you can't get any other way, then the new prizes are better.

From Wulven's perspective, the new prizes are better because we give out less SC overall and give out more special card prizes, which we think will encourage more people to compete.

As for needing to email: Kyle's given a simple process to follow that is there to ensure the correct accounts get fixed up. There is no mapping between forum account and game account.

If a mistake was made, we'll make our best efforts to correct it. But in this case, it isn't so clear what to do. Because the old prizes were granted already, some people might prefer to keep them (more sc) and it's unfair to take it away. But since we promised the new prizes for last season, we're still giving people the chance to exchange for the new prizes if they prefer.

Sending an email is just as easy as posting on a forum, isn't it? But it's too hard to track support requests in a forum thread, so we prefer to do it using our email support system...

I received my new prize thanks!
I got 29 foils in total. Usable cards are wizents staff, night prowler , ffm, death collecter and crippled blow. I think I'm satisfied .
