Cannot save Nishaven deck

I have 3 slots for Nishaven decks. I set up a deck and save in slot 1. I then load another saved deck Moonstalker for example. Then I try to load Nishaven slot 1 and when it loads it is not the deck I saved. This will happen no matter which Nishaven save slot I save to. I also have this problem with Gravebone.

Does anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

I also have the same problem occurs in zaladar deck .
