Alchemist Class (Neutral or just Human)
cards are mostly artifacts (or new item type - ingredient) that can be combined to create different effects. thinking ingredients can have durability for multiple uses, maybe a mixing bowl. using durability of ingredient goes into mixing bowl, do this with as many ingredients as you want, use mixing bowl will create the effect to then be used on a target. Every ingredient combination does not equal something though.
Paladin Class (Human)
mix of priest/warrior type
Dark Knight Class (Shadow)
mix of warrior/mage type
Blood Shaman Class (Shadow)
revolves around sacrificing allies with bonuses similar to twilight but deaths are immediate (not delayed). also allies can sacrifice other allies for bonuses (similar to ravager but on allies instead of abilities/items).

Animal Trainer Class (Human)
revolves around breeding (creating copies of itself) using its other same cards from deck/graveyard.

I'd like to play a hero who can use ability of any other hero (say for 5SE), deck creation would be probably even more fun than playing

Let's stay away from conventional fantasy classes like paladins and the likes, and try something less common.
I've always liked bard type characters that specialize in music and songs. Bards can fill the niche of facilitating and empowering the use of ally abilites.
Eg. XSE: Target friendly ally uses its ability at no cost and is then exhausted.
This lets players explore a new strategy revolving around using allies with strong abilities.
I'm also fascinated by time manipulation and time travelling, so a time class would be cool. Perhaps those heroes could manipulate the duration of support abilities or somehow make support abilities more viable to play. Sort of what CoF did for attachments...
Eg. XSE: Target support ability has its duration increased by 1. When that support ability is destroyed, draw 2 cards.
