I even think a representative went as far as mentioning months ago that results were selected but just not announced... I have been seldom checking the forums but I really want a final result on this.

If the results have been selected they're got no excuse not to implement the flavor text now that they can update any card almost instantly. Seems odd though that they haven't done it these past few update with the latest arts.

I do hope though that at least some of the flavor texts have some references to the lore in them or leave room for the lore to expand.

There certainly is a more extensive lore in MtG, etc.

I feel like while Magic builds cards with a theme and story in mind, Shadow Era rather designs cards and then fabricates a story to fit around them. While it gives the game a somewhat different feel, I respect the emphasis of the game itself over the story.
