      Lightbulb retreat! to full hand

      i think instead of not being able to retreat an ally to a full hand, that ally should die.

      I disagree, that would lead to potential misuses and abuses. You simply don't have the condition to activate the card just as you couldn't activate it if you didn't have Resources for it.

      That's a drastic change. But since we're on that topic...

      ...If I use Bad Santa when my hand was already full, I should be allowed to have more than 7 cards in hand...AND the opponent should automatically die

      Retreat is a faction 2cc card, it should not have the ability to kill an ally under any circumstances, given that class 3cc cards have conditions on killing.
