hey Cait, great deck (kinda expected from you , i used to play with several version of 'RavaTer' and kinda liked Meltdown in it, did u consider using this for additional draw?
imo it has nice synergy with the 'destruction' theme

in one version i also had few copies of Jeweler's Dream for some 'tempo'

    thanks for the compliment

no, i didnt think about that, thanks, meltdown is actually not a bad idea to replace the bad santas with.

i wouldnt mind jeweler's dream in there but its very hard to find a spot for it. it hasnt been needed. first 5 turns its fairly easy to pilot close to standard drops and after that it kind of takes off on its own. but this deck does take a lot of practice to get the hang off... once you do... woo hoo... its got standard problems with RNG once in awhile like all decks, but this things is so freakin scary... it just EATS all items and abilities. meaning only you get draw. i stopped playing it because people were starting to rage quit against it once they realized what it was.

    Yeah I'll give it try!

I am ashamed to admit but I have been behind the ravager curve. I put off delving into it partly because of the complexity. I got on the wagon, off, back on again, and now I'm part of a twelve step program.

Clerics mantle has always struck me as a pontetially broken card, even before the emergence of good ravager decks. To me Ravager is the pinnacle of ingenuity. Mantle is the icing on the cake, the most intricate card of the most intriguiging play style. But it's clunky and will probably never get over completely. Which is fine.

In my experience using MS and Feedback Zal. a clerics mantle kill is requireing at minimum 9 turns, and in practice typically 11ish+.

YOU MUST SURVIVE: Blending answers with the cards you need to hang on to is tricky.

RESOURCES: It requires quite a few resources, you need to continually sac up. However you need the combo specific cards which due to limited space may only be 3 copies.

LAYING THE MEAT: A mantle, a Cleric OA, an Alamanac etc. You would be lucky to have two set up ahead of time. Typically due to limited copies and blowing shit up, you need to set up a 1-2 pieces just before or on the very last turn.

It runs on a very fine line. It's very controlly and typically only wins midrange.

I tried it a bit when preparing for my Tribal Tournament
I must say that at this Current Meta (and with the Obliesk Change) Ravager have become less powerful
In addition to that the demise of weapon based hero from Current meta (Serena, Therebin, Amber and Baduruu are less seen ATM) make This deck not optimal to play
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
