Account lost

I logged into my account and my hero, gold, xp and deck was gone and i had to create a new hero. I have lost everything and now have to start from scratch....
I dont know what to do about this...

Hi. Likely you have accidentally got the email wrong and it has made a new account for you. Can you remember what name you gave to your first account? I can look it up and confirm the email address with you by Private Message here.
