But here's what I'm thinking. Remembering those holographic cards that would move around if you shifted them a bit? That's what I'm talking about. Imagine stuff like Shadow Font's gas thing shifting or Shadow Knight's eyes glowing. Just a thought

You didn't read my post. I'm talking about the card itself being animated like a baseball card that's holographic or a gold hearthstone card with the card itself being animated.

While it may look good in a library, it was very annoying during a gameplay and got cancelled.

Have you figured out a good way to keep your cards from being damaged yet?

For animated cards... I tend to look more at Infinity Wars... they only animate when you focus on them by clicking, otherwise they're static.

But imo, they're a novelty, not a necessity.
