I got the confirmation from Jao that he withdraws from the tournament too
Due to the confusion if he attacked SD first or the other way around, I am giving SD both wins.
So SleepingDragon, you are getting Icedesert and can capture two of his Generals. I can see that only Lance and Zaladar are not in your list already. Please confirm if you want to capture them and if you want to replace any in your current list.

I am putting a cap on declaring 1 attack per week maximum.
So for example if you declare a war against Holy Punisher on 06/03 and you finish your games by 09/03. You should wait until 13/03 to declare a new attack. If you finish your first games after 13/03, then you are free to declare the next attack immediately after.
