Would actually be neat if it were an attachment, would make for another cantrip draw option in the attachment Lance decks. But too late to change it.

I've seen Gondorian use it in a weird Knight Of Unaxio stall Lance deck. I think that's probably its best use right now. Otherwise there's many better options for 3cc.

Was this the one that also used Justicar's Cape? I think he used a deck like that with KoU. He does make some unusual decks, lol.

It's not nearly as good as captured prey, captured prey last until destroyed

Because for 1cc more you can use smoke screen.
