Gravebone - my coolest deck :)

Hi, Im enjoying Shadow Era for about month, but i tried almost every hero and this deck gives me a biggest fun.
    Hero - Gravebone
    Allies - 3x Death Collector
    3x kairos doombringer
    3x sun-blighted one
    4x harbringer of the lost
    4x falseblood cultist
    4x dakrath
    Other - 3x shadow font
    3x stoneskin
    2x amulet of conjuring
    4x grave ressistance
    4x crystal shards
    3x bone sabre

    Turn 1 - nothing
    2 - crystal shards / harbringer
3 - sun-blighted / death collector with grave ressistance - depends on your collected se
    4 - cultist and dakrath
5 - shadow font with kairos / bone sabre
Ofc all depends on what hero you play against etc. Sometimes is better to dig up kairos before dakrath. Deck is not so good like serene but serene is borring and like i said before playing this deck gives lot of fun. Thanks for reading.

You need Phoenix Urigon in Gravebone, it's the key card.

Ye, i was thinking about it but i did not find any reason why. In this deck there is nothing to kill opposing allies so key cards are Dakrath and Bone Sabre. And Dakrath with Grave Ressistance and Stoneskin is almost impossible to kill. I rly dont know why ppl are so excited about pheonix, ofc its good ally but wont stop enemys swarm.

Phoenix is basically 2 ally in 1. I had the highest rating in season 22 with a Phoenix-based gravebone.
It's a nightmare for Banebow and you can easily cast it from hand without having to discard it first.
Dakrath is great in a number of match up and I personally have 3 in my deck, but you can't rely on him alone.

I think the biggest thing about Phoenix is that it half-survives a Supernova so you can potentially have a 2-ally board after Supernova on turn 5.

Without Supernova, I don't think the card is nearly as good.

That's only a small part of Phoenix Urigon greatness!
The big deal is that it's very hard to kill for your opponent. He has to kill it twice, losing twice as removals or damage than usual. And when he does you return it to play with GB ability.
If you draw and play 2 or 3 PU well... thats hard to counter.
Traditionally GB had problems with board control because his ability didn't have an impact on it, but PU can fix that: if you are behind you play PU, it gets killed, but you still have an ally in play. When it's your turn again you can use it to kill opposing allies and regain the board.
That's why 4x PU is a must in GB decks, especially with the current popularity of Banebow, which is one of the easiest matchup.

It's certainly playable without Supernova but I think you lose too much potential value by not playing both.
