How do i chat In-Game in the android Version and how do i create a Guild??

On Android version simple tap on a hero icon from top corners and chat window will popup.

About guild creation I can't give you any specific details. Maybe others will do.

And make a guilt recruitment thread in guild section

You can only chat with your opponent when you are playing a match. As for how to create a guild, that takes a lotta work and experience.

Ya that's for sure I helped make one a long time before I joined bp, died completely a month later

To create a guild you have to be an experienced and respected user because the hardest part is to recruit people.
You can't start a guild from nothing and hope people will come. You need to attract them, or they will always choose one of the big guilds that already exists. You need to have something to offer.
For example my guild is specific for Italian players and we are attractive for them because they can read the forum and chat with other guild members using their native language. We will never be as big or competitive as other international guilds are, but we have a great forum full of contents and an active irc channel because our members find something useful in the guild and have become loyal.
