wow, homunculus Aramia, that's so new, almost no Aramia player plays it.
now really, apart from that there are plenty of decks like this, how can you play without draw? one ToK?

You need a way to deal with enemy attachments, so I think ALR and/or Stoneskin is a must. Cinderborn can help with this but it is unreliable. Even Bridgette can help.

    But it's so true!
You can't win without draw and you can't waste the hero ability to fetch that lone time /tome of knowledge

4 Splincer's Crown are useless for example, 1 or 2 would be more than enough. You can replace these with Amulet of Conjuring

I didn't mean to be rude, but wisp/homunculus Aramia is something that was mentioned quite a lot (my first Aramia deck was wisps). I was expecting something new and got the feeling that reason of posting this deck, was to post a deck in mage strategy. That's all.

Keaven has been away from the game for quite a while. All this is new to him. He missed out on the NPE/OP 2cc Aetherborn Wisp. If you've made an Aramia Wisp deck recently, maybe you could share it.

due, sarcasm is the lowest form of comedy...

That said, lack of draw in a wisp deck is easily rectified. drop the golems, the TOK, and 2 of each the Evolving Abo's and Thunderstrike Constructs, add 4 Glimmers and 3 Shrines of Negatia. You'll love it's tempo, and the dual purpose of the Shrines is so smooth in this deck.
