I tried adding a low cost weapon to solve the SE shutdown and its kinda ok, methinks. anyway, im also kinda doubtful about HBM's usefulness, i tried reducing it to 2 and maybe stop running it in the future, i know its good at certain match-ups but i think in QM it doesn't have that big of an impact. Your thoughts?

HBM is v good - almost perfect for Badurruu decks

If Baduruu could just play HBM every turn he would probably like that. It keeps opponents off their answers and Baduruu's tempo isn't slowed at all. His weapons that he gets for free can easily deal with small fry while banging face.

...imo the only problem with HBM is when u go first and have 2 of them in your opening hand
