Like Blanket Effect I had a project gift to my daughter. A Barbie Dreamhouse with 2 elevators, "one for fashion and one for people" my daughter says.

3 hours of snapping little pieces, applying 40 decals, and routing string to assemble this 3 1/2 foot tall nowhere-possible-to-store monument of a toy.

The funny thing is that the toy companies know what they put us parents through. Here is proof by an insert that came with the instructions:

I ended up getting some shirts, a few gift cards to various places, and two board games (King of Tokyo and Forbidden Desert). I also got some cash that I've spent mostly on Hearthstone packs and a PSVita game called Freedom Wars.
