Impose a Base Time Limit for Idlers/Time-Wasters

Please impose a base time limit for each turn. 'Base' means regardless of whatever you do (idle, sac, cast, etc). 10 minutes should be OK. This 'base' time counter is separate from the existing time counters.

Someone wasted 35 minutes of my time because he refused to quit after he found himself losing at T5.

How do you hold the game up on t5 for 30+ minutes? You're given like 90 seconds then something like 30 attritional seconds per card played. Even if someone ran the action timer playing only 1cc cards on t5, that's only 4 minutes.

That's what I'm saying. But it happends too me. I couldn't do it if I wanted to. What's going on

If the time for a turn lasts longer than it should, then it's because of a connection error, even still the game gives you the option to quit after so long. I think what OP means is his opponent refused to play and waited the timer on every turn, and because he didn't want to lose, OP was forced to play the remaining game whilst waiting for turns to time out, even then, a 35 minute wait would take like 17 turns, so maybe there is a bit of exaggerating going on because it shouldn't take 17 turns to win a game against somebody who isn't playing.
