Special Effects

Not sure if anyone has noticed this but other than CotC cards like Tidal Wave, Book of Curses and Mind Control, there are no visual effects nowadays? Or are they in development?

Effects that come to mind are like:
Enslave the Beast (iron chains?)
Transmogrification Curse (rocky sound and visual effect)
Perfect Shot (arrow)
Zail's Hymn (hymn and music notes)
Wave Collapse (wave crush)
