This is my strongest, and favourite deck at the moment. One thing I have found with many strong decks previously is that they got boring to play, however I still enjoy playing this deck. It's not broken good, still loses matches, but consistently wins more than it loses.

It kept me ranked quite high last season and has taken me straight to 300 rankings this season so far only losing one match to what looked like Vince's Baduruu, of which I have also won two matches against variations of the same build. Spirit Warden is a great counter to Snare Trap.

Do you feel much need for Dawn Raid? wouldn't you prefer tech allies (Artful Squire)?
Do you feel much need for Spelleater bands with 4 SS?
In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

    Tech cards that are interchangeable:
    Spirit Warden
Many hunters using Snare Trap currently, and the 5 HP can help staying power to be able to make a killing attack after Victors ability if need be.

    Eriss Fateweaver
Techs against attachment builds, such as Warriors, and Wulven. High HP also punishes mages relying on Supernova. Especially when a Decoy Trap is down

    Dawn Raid
Helful in many matchups that rely on multiple items, such as Hunters with traps, Serina Thoughtripper, Aramia, Mage, Elementals. Given only two slots for destruction, dealing with two items is very handy. The duel function of Artful Squire would not give much assistance in this build.

    Spelleater Bands
Without this card, some matchups such as rushing Aramia are practically an auto loss. This card forces allies to be played to make use of Soul Seeker. Discard Zaladar is also next to impossible to beat without it.

Reached top 5. Currently ranked top 10. IGN: Borlaug

LOL... I swear I just watched like 10 of your games, trying to reverse engineer this deck, and now I see that you posted it.

I got pretty close! Didnt expect 4 aeons and 3 eriss though.. but I knew you had at least 2 of each.

I'm definitely about to try this out. Thanks for posting!

    lol

Posted this deck a while ago too.

It can be deceiving to watch and determine how many fatties the deck has because they are sacked early game, especially Eriss. Am going to try replacing one of each with Viska the Scarlet Blade with all the Baduruus floating around atm.

Am curious about the Nish build you just beat Vince with.

I think +2 tainted oracles could help, or maybe +2 PoTLs (those work great vs baduruu). And I assume you're talking about me playing that Nishaven deck - that's BP Chamthabo's deck that he just posted in the forums. It's really solid. I think I swapped 1 Viska for a Fortified Wisp (helpful in a handful of matchups - like Serena), but otherwise it's the same deck.

Yeah. Looks like a nice Nishaven.

Will try the Tainted Oracles as well me thinks. Cheers.

Ever give any thought to dropping Dawn Raid and A Legend Rises in favor a 2cc like Champion of Irum or Avenger of the Fallen? Possible loss of board control early on seems like a problem (despite traps that may act as a quasi-counter).

Also, what are your thoughts on how Aetherborn Wisp would interact with this deck if there was a way to incorporate it?
