I want to make a lightning Nish deck so bad but it always seems too gimicky without really being effective compared to other options.

Also, Nish seems to be too much of a late game hero. Is consuming fear and burn alone enough to deal with rush decks and early game dominating heroes?

It can be, providing you keep an ally or two alive.

It's a tough build to make work, but this has been my most successful so far. Not particularly strong in current meta.
