There's an archetype in Magic that runs ~240 cards in the deck. I don't think it's a gameplay problem and in fact I would like to see some cards that benefit from that kind of strategy.
The only problem I have with huge decks like that is that it slows the game to a crawl a lot of the time. I don't really mind it for the gameplay strategy though, if my opponent has so many cards they are less likely to draw what they need.

I don't remember ever having a problem with large decks so I do welcome the free win most of the time.
If large decks were to be actual things, I think they should be an archetype of their own and not just something that does the same things every other deck does except "differently" (when it's not different at all).
