Max Card decks please?

There's an archetype in Magic that runs ~240 cards in the deck. I don't think it's a gameplay problem and in fact I would like to see some cards that benefit from that kind of strategy.

The only problem I have with huge decks like that is that it slows the game to a crawl a lot of the time. I don't really mind it for the gameplay strategy though, if my opponent has so many cards they are less likely to draw what they need.

I'm sorry, but I don;t agree at all on this... It is about balance in the game and not setting a MAX card limit has everyone and thier mom just throwing all allies in a 300 card deck top win... there is nothing beneficial about this at all in this game whatsoever..... if there is... please elaborate.

I don't remember ever having a problem with large decks so I do welcome the free win most of the time.

If large decks were to be actual things, I think they should be an archetype of their own and not just something that does the same things every other deck does except "differently" (when it's not different at all).

most of the time but if they have nothing but allies... it is literally a rush hell for you to do anything with no skill involved. if you have a 40 or even 50 card deck and 300 cards all allies there is no beating that... period....

You know, you can build a rush deck with only 40 cards, too.

Apparently a 300 card version does it better, but that's none of my business.

The problem with that strategy is 300 allies only deck will lack a draw engine big time. It doesnt matter if you have 1000 cards as long as you keep drawing one card per turn. A deck of 40 with better drawing capabilities could still overwhelm you.
