remove Bloodlust`s art

I am not a fan of Bloodlust, but i value diversity of art in SE. Strict standards would wipe out half of the cards, and the more cautious selection the more dull result.

On the other hand, i agree a comfortable game should not force players to look at images they find offensive.
Would there be an interest in a client option to override selected cards with placeholders? It could also produce feedback which cards are troublesome before they get printed.

If you looking up on sexual content for examples, there's a dozen other cards more visually "offensive" but you get the point. Maybe your research isn't extensive enough but heck no, it's not that bad considering it is mainly fantasy themed and not in anyway associated with the theme "Hentai" or whatever the offensive theme you may add.

So, You wanna talk about changes then here's what I will point you to look into the game's history further: card names, and where did they came from.
Chance are you'd never be able find out nor fathom why there ISN'T a WC awarded with a card yet some trolling goofball managed to get his IGN printed on a card.

Go play Pokemon if you don't like looking at adult cards. There are tons of other options available if you find this games cards offensive. Most players tend to be of a more mature age that can handle them.

Ok , I. Really curious, how old are you and your girlfriend?
I for one don't find a nasty blood covered female vampire or whatever it is , sexy , but hey it's a free world.
Is it that the girls gives the impression of being naked ( and covers in blood?) or that's its a "unrealistic female form ,( covered in blood? ). Or that it's a brunette and you prefer blondes ( covered in blood)

Tell ya what , go get the real artists banned out there Maplethorp, Ansel Adams, or any one of those performance artists who stick a crusafix in a jar of "piss" and call it art, because it evokes an emotional response. It's a dam card game, a fantasy card game, why would 1 card be so offensive? ( not to mention it's from the first set, really there is some straight stupid art in the new cards).

The card has already been printed so I really doubt they would change it now. I rarely see it played anyway.

As stated, the set has already gone to physical print, years ago. The card art isn't changing.

If you don't like the idea of semi-covered breasts on your cards' artwork, there's always Pokemon, I suppose...

As far as I see there seems to be a concensus on the community that Bloodlust is overly sexual, and it is almost always mentioned when people are complaining about art quality. So, why not just change it for something else?



I also feel embarassed when I am gold grinding with rush Zaladar and comes the time to use it, I definitely would not want my girlfriend to see it on the screen. Isn`t it a good idea to remove some cards which might give a bad impression to beginners?

Oh, but to specifically address this part - what consensus? You and one other player, on a forum community? A community which represents a couple thousand (at best) of a few MILLION players of the actual game. That consensus?
