some technical questions

In my game, the merchant didn't have zaladar sleeves on stock. Does it unlock at a certain point?

Also the deck slots. I noticed that I have two slots of Zaladar

while having one of every other hero, without me spending SC on it. What happened there?

Sleeves are a limited edition item given as a reward for those who pre-ordered Call of the Crystals.

As for the Deck slots, go into more details. A bit vague. If you make a change and want to save, it gives you an option to buy a new slot to save it or one unlocked. sometimes though, they are really not there and show up due to some glitch.

Kaos is correct, you gotta spend SC to unlock another save slot for heros, a total of 3 each, I think it is 25 SC fir the first one and 50 SC fir the last one.
They don't unlock. But hell, log on 5 times a day, watch a casino app commercial (try not to become a compulsive gambler) and you got a slot a day.

When I save, I can save in slot 1 or slot 2, and it offers me a 3rd slot for 50 SC. I never bought the 2nd slot though

do you have decks saved in the second slots?

It's been so long since I didn't have 3 for every hero I can't remember.

Yessir. Both slots filled with different decks that I frequently switch between.

Kinda strange. Maybe you grabbed the slot by accident...

Or maybe you get a deckslot free? It was a while ago that I first bought a couple so that may be true for all I know too

I think I did get one for free. It's weird stuff. I never even pressed the 25 SC button.

I think that a bug exists. It has happened to me 3 times since the deck slots were introduced! I am sure I never bought an extra slot by accident

It starts with a UI bug. When loading a deck, you see more slots available even though you never bought them. If you then modify an extra slot and save it, you lose 25 SC without being asked. All the instances happened to me in the PC client, if that helps.
