Another good hero to use this pinging strategy would be Raikka Spellseeker, since her ability now increases all source of damage from allies by 1. I've done it a few times and its actually fun just pinging them to death. For Raikka Spellseeker, I use Portal and Slingblade Demon in the mix, just to keep hitting and repinging. It takes a while to set up though, but when it works well enough, you can take your enemy down very quickly.

This deck in rakkia wouldn't be effective this deck is a reanimator burn deck I rely on rezzing sbo to Ping dmg and draw cards off of
