      New Server Feature: Determine who will go first in custom game

      Hi, everyone!

      As of today, if you create a custom game with password 'creator' then the creator of the game will go first. Guaranteed!

      This is somewhat of a hack, but does mean that tournaments can run more smoothly and with less anger.

      its not a hack when the game designer does it jury-rigged maybe, but not a hack.
