    ember jerico

Embers of the just is very powerful new card
    For jerico
But this card have a very big weak point
It is only usable on opposing ally
when i meet a Hero who can dealing with no ally
Like a zal. Mage i cant do anything
Because ember need many other cards. So there is no space for Enough ally

I think , if ember is targetable on frIendly ally
    It will be better

Not OP, just fair. At least you don't auto-lose to solo decks

So you can use Fortified Wisp as a launch pad for unlimited fireballs? Yeah I like that.

I think the embers Jericho style is already so much like millstalker - an extreme deck that aims to nullify a large portion of opponent cards (by making both ally removal and ally cards suboptimal). It capitalizes on the meta being ally-focused. What keeps those sorts of decks from being overpowered is that they usually have at least a couple very bad matchups (in this case, solo decks), along with a few simple counters. Changing either of these has the potential to quickly swing these sorts of decks into becoming overpowered - and once that happens they become popular and then an NPE for everyone, who must then carry counters to it.

It is still possible to build strong Embers decks with Jericho, there are simply limits on how much you can focus on that combo without creating other weaknesses in your deck (unable to beat solo decks). That's a good sort of balance IMO.

+1 for bob my point exactly if u chose to play a deck that focuses on using your opponents allies as a focus point of your strategy thats your fault. And allowing it to target its own allies would make it OP cuz u can just use it on fortified wisp and sandworms over and over. Every deck as a weakness doing this would give embers jericho no weaknesses which is what OP is. So i dont know how allowing to target its own allies cause its "fair" is even a point.

Your opponent can kill your allies and prevent you from using Ember.
And if you can't destroy Ember as soon as you play and the ally is killed you lose the card because it doesn't go back to your hand.

I don't see how making this change can make Ember Jericho OP, it's not very good right now.

Auto-loss match-ups are the worst part of a tcg: no skill and no fun. There shouldn't be games decided before actually playing. It's OK and it's normal to have decks that have an advantage over other kind of decks, but with a reasonable margin.

If u play heavy allied embers jericho is a auto loss so that situation works both ways. Only chance u would have is if just gets bad draw.
