When Cryptspawn Tormentor is killed by an ability while there are at least 2 Undead allies in your graveyard, Cryptspawn Tormentor is returned to its owner's hand.

2D: Target Undead ally in your graveyard with cost 3 or less is returned to play readied, and it is killed at the end of the turn.

Assuming all conditions fulfilled, will Cryptspawn Tormentor go to graveyard or its owner's hand at the end of the turn?

Hi. The effect written on Necromancer's Shroud that kills him is an ability - an activated ability. So he will return to his owner's hand when killed by Shroud if there were at least 2 other Undead allies in your graveyard.
