Pick a card in Digital store BUG

HI.. I just purchased a pick a card from the digital store, got the link online, logged and chose a Shattered Fates hero and checked foil... it's telling me error card doesn't exist (sfNAN) the card number is sf002. My understanding is that you are able to pick any card from SF as a foil.. I have tried in 2 separate browsers and have the same problem

This might sound stupid, but does the 'sf' need to be capitalized? Like instead of sf002, its SF002? Does the card verify without the foil check-marked?

Hmm, well I'll send a message to GDC. I would contact support@shadowera.com as well. I would try some of this out myself but I really don't have the $5 to spare.

Also, sorry for the late reply, I ended up having to fix some food and it sort of slipped my mind. x.x

Actually, after inspecting further, I don't think you're supposed to put "sf" in the box, only the actual number. I think this because you're selecting your set to the left. The "NaN" in the error could stand for "Not a Number." I feel a bit silly not noticing this earlier. x.x

Correct. You just put the number like it says in the instructions. I'm not sure whether you need 002 as opposed to 2 either.
