Chrystals not arrived, please help

Sorry to hear about this. It does occasionally happen.

To chase this up, the correct address to send to is sales@wulven.com.

Before you do that though, can I ask you to double-check that the email address you specified matches your shadow era account? The last similar issue I heard of on the forum had a misspelt email address, meaning there was no matching account to credit with the SC. That's quick to remedy if we know that's the problem.
