Best part about Physical Meltdown is that once you open the packs you can just resort the cards into rarity, shuffle and reuse them.

Each player takes:

4 Hero
4 Rare/Epic
12 Uncommon
40 Common

That way a single box is useful for stacks of meltdown games.

That's true, never thought of it like that, thanks!

Granted, I always put the cards back into the packs while opening them, so I could use the open packs as well. Just more fun with closed packs imo. :3
