Heya,
1) Paladin of Unaxio will attempt to remove the disabled effect caused by Captured Prey but be unable to because the attachment is maintaining the negative effect. In order to remove disabled in this context, you would need to removed Captured Prey that is maintaining the effect.
2) Morbid Acolyte will temporarily remove all passive abilities from an ally. Silent Strike temporarily gives an ally the stealth and ambush passive abilities. As such, Acolyte will remove the passive abilities the ally already had as well as the stealth and ambush provided by Silent Strike. Basically, Silent Strike would contiguously provide Stealth and Ambush but Morbid Acolyte would continuously take it away.
Hope that helps!
