Actually, no, since negative effects, as defined in the rulebook, will "stick" regardless of whether the card that put them on there is in play.

The negative effects are:

poisoned
disabled
ablaze
frozen
can't attack
can't defend

So Jasmine's effect will persist if she leaves the field, but Braxnorian Soldier's will not. Layarian Seductresses will persist also.
