Thunderstrike construct not summoning (fixed in 2.88)

I was playing a Serena and had two thunderstrike's in my hand and 11 resources. I was playing against victor. Thunderstrike's could not be played at all although I had the resources. Victor had no allies, a trap, and crimson vest in play. I had ill gotten gains.

I noticed the same thing. It basically looks like if TC has no enemy to deduct 2 hp from, it can't be summoned.

Yes, this is a bug. You can't summon him unless there are viable targets for his on-summon ability right not. It is fixed for 2.88.

Everything above is correct and still true, but just throwing it out there, Thunderstrike Construct can be summoned via N.People's champ's effect with no targets for effect.
