I think it would be a card of great usage for both Human and Shadow decks. It costs 3 points so it wouldn't be too expensive (it's an powerup afterall) but still enough so it wouldn't get spammed. As an ally gains Ambush he couldn't be killed after first attack, so you can use it even on 1healthers. It would be great for rouges as I think they need some buff. Anyway, very usable card!
