i like this a lot, but comparing this to shriek is like sandra vs hbm all over again,
sandra with destruction + creature threat vs hbm with just destruction

destroying an item + adding a threat is too powerful compared to destroy arms or smashing blow which cost more
maybe increase to 3CC and destroy an own resource instead of 3 life?

but its a great idea

Yeah, I like this idea - I haven't encountered weapons/armour too much but think it would be a good card to play.

Maybe just Drokan the Bull for the name.

Reason:
This card is a good counter to being at a disadvantage of deploying second. He doesn't deal much damage so he balance out his defensive powers. He is great with Warrior Training card so he's probably a Human Warrior Deck God Sent Card but definitely can work for all other classes.
