Decked with BF on - how much life lost per turn?

When you as a warrior have Blood Frenzy attached and you run out of cards, how much life are you supposed to lose at the start of your turn?

sounds like a dumb question, and I thought the answer was 2 but for some reason it appears to be 3 and just need clarification, thx in advance!

Hi, it's 3 damage.

You take 1 for BF cost.
You take 1 for each card you were meant to draw but couldn't, due to empty deck.
