What is the dimenstions of larger avatar?

Sooo, who do I contact/what do I do when no one on the other end of the official email address is replying to my emails?
It's not like I'm sending rude messages to them; standard, "Hey, I'm writing this regarding my previous order, #xxxxx. What's the status?" sort of emails, and no one is replying to me.
So, now what?
