UPDATE: The deckbuilder at se.gondorian.com has had EXPERIMENTAL support added for offline use. This works by caching all the files on your device/computer and then having your web browser defer to that cache if there is no internet connection. It works for me on iPad Air Safari. Please share your experiences with it, if you try this feature. (On iOS, make sure you turn off Private Browsing, if you're normally into that kind of thing, since caching will be disabled otherwise.)

Hey Gondorian, little things I noticed about deck creator, you may want to look at when you're not busy fixing bugs and responding to MS players:
1 - on Shadowera.net where I posted a Garth deck, it defaults to showing a picture of Thoughtripper's cutlass, even though it's not in the deck.
2 - it's Sorceror of Endia, not "Scorceror"

Just wondering if you can add the card's buying and selling price at merchant? It'd be great to show the total buying cost and selling cost as well, for a custom deck.

v0.84 of my deckbuilder is now available at tools.shadowera.net.

That's up to date for 2.88 of SE, which is now out on all platforms! Time to brew some World Championship winning decks!

UPDATE: v0.85 (now up at http://tools.shadowera.net) has a "List Deck" button (found next to "Save Deck" when there's at least one card in your deck) which gives you a very basic textual deck list, useful for submitting decks for WC2014 regionals.

I made a video to help people use this tool:

It's best in HD, but you can still get a rough idea from blurry screen and my voice-over.

I think functionality wise this is the best deck builder I've come across, however there is room for further improvements under the aesthetic departement.
I know that working on the presentation of a product is boring (at least it is for me) but your builder is great and embellishing it a bit could make it very popular.

I'm happy to make it look nicer, but need some direction on what you mean! Which bits should be embellished and how?
