I understand now why I'm getting no answer as well for my order.

I'll give 1 week again, then ... not sure what to do to ask help if support is not coming back to me.

Sorry to hear there are still people waiting on stuff. Physical orders from the official store are one of the few things I'm not involved with but I'll do my best to investigate.
