    I didn't get my crystals

    Hello there,

    five days ago, I bought shadow crystals with my credit card and also with my bank account. With credit card, there was no problem. However, with bank account, I sent the money and I didn't receive anything (it should be 600 SC).

    I am from Czech republic, so I chose the payment method through Czech bank. Maybe it is also my mistake, because I sent two payments - the first one was only 11,47 CZK instead of 111,47 CZK. It's not so much, so when I found out this, I sent again the whole amount.

    My shadow era account info:

    Name: Omhealing

    I wrote an email to support@shadowera.com (where I also sent the details about payment), but I didn't get any reply.
    Please, do something about it, I'm growing impatient.

    omhealing: you should probably edit your message to remove your email details. Support is sometimes slow, try writing again, copy kyle@wulven.com, and explain that you already wrote to support five days ago.

    You should get the crystals or your money back.

    So, I wrote again to both support and kyle@wulven.com and again, no reply. So what should I do? I want my money back or to get my crystals.

    Ok, but it is the weekend. If you don't hear back in three business days, write them both and post again.

    I know it can be tedious to wait, but you should get a response, it just may not be instantaneous.
